Citation Cost?

What is the fine for driving with a suspended license under implied consent? I understand each state is different. I am in MS. I curious to know how different each state is. Thanks!

    DAS is a mandatory court appearance, so there is no "set" amount for the fine. The judge would fine you. Just remember - when you make the gamble to drive on a suspended license after getting a DUI, not only will receive a fine from the court, but your license will be suspended from the State LONGER because of it.
