My 18 year old son tapped the back end of a truck 8 months ago. He had insurance at the time. He and the other driver exchanged insurance information. There was a police report made and no one got a ticket. No one was injured and everyone went on their separate ways. My son had 25,000/50,000 liability on his insurance. Now two days ago he is served with papers saying the man is sueing him for 75,000. He is terrified and do am I for him. It sounds like someone is on hard times and wants to sue him. My sons insurance company shows the claim a few months ago but hasn't done anything about it yet. We took the court papers to them and they are suppose to get back in touch with him next week. If any attorneys have any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

What is the fine for driving with a suspended license under implied consent? I understand each state is different. I am in MS. I curious to know how different each state is. Thanks!

What happens next? Someone I know got a felony DUI 6 years ago. And their license has been suspended since then. In July Me and my son was broke down on the side for the interstate so he came to help us. Well unfortunately he came across a road block. The police officer did not take him to jail he just gave him a ticket for driving with a suspended license (under implied consent). How long will it be before he can get his license back now? He could have gotten it back a year ago but he didn't know he could.

We recently saved a tiny kitten from the streets. It is cute as a buttom. But it is a hard headed little thing. Every time me and my kids set down to eat it does everything in it's power to get in our food. We have a small rolled up piece of paper that we spat it with and we tell him no but that doesn't work. Every Thursday when I take my daughter to cheerleading practice I see an old boyfriend of mine. We dated 12 years ago. He is not married and he has a son that plays basketball. (That's why I see him, because his son is practicing while my daughter is.) I also have a son that is the same age as his. (They are in the same class at school and are good friends.) I really don't remember why we split up 12 years ago. I do know we didn't have a fight. I think we just kinda went our separate ways. I would really like to see him again, he is a great father to his son. What can I do (if anything) to get his attention?

My divorce was final earlier this year. I have two children. My life revolves around them. They come first in my life. But I still feel like there is something missing. Maybe I'm lonely. Maybe the lonelyness will go away after the holidays. What can I do?

I am filing from my husband. We have an 11 year old and a 5 year old. He is never home. He is always hunting and fishing... I mean he is gone every morning before we wake up and he doesn't get back home until we are in bed. We hardly ever get to see him. On occassions, and I do mean occassions when he is home all he does is complain or fuss and hollar at the kids. (From the bedroom) because when he is home he stays in the bed asleep or in the bedroom watching T.V. We have been together for 6 years (he adopted my son). In 6 years we have probably been all in the car together maybe 4 times. He never does anything with us. And he doesn't understand why I want a divorce... Am I wrong for wanting a divorce?

Sometimes when I am patting or playing with my cat he will bite me pretty hard. After he bites me and I pull back from him and he will run away from me. But then he will come right back (like his stalking me) and try to bite me again. He never brings blood but it still hurts. Why does he do this?

When he is laying on me of course I will pat him. Then he will start purring and then he will drool on me.

My son and I are always arguing when it comes to school work. I really need some advise on ways I can help him. Spelling is the worse subject. I need to help him with his spelling. He is a very poor speller. Everytime I try to help him he just gets frustrated and tells me that i must think he's stupid and he can't do it... And I never say or do anything like that to make him feel that way... I have had him tested for ADHD and dyslexia and he has neither one. Please....
