Mexico, does not want our Law enforcement to Help them fight the War on Drugs.?
I read in a Mexican Newspaper, that the President denied Bush's suggestion on helping them fight the War on Drugs. They do not want our Law enforcement on their territory, on helping them clean up the Mess, that they themselves made, I am sorry to say but, the Mexican officials who shoud fight the Drug Cartels, most of them if not all, belong in the Cartels." a well known fact".

Why should they want our help? We can't control our own Drug situation. Do these Cartels exist to sell drugs to Mexicans?
Along the Arizona Border almost every Police Chief on the Mexican Side has been killed. Five Officers died in a shootout where 20 people died. The US is sending Border Patrol Agents to Iraq but can't approach thier own Border Wall after Dark. the Drug Cartels are armed with automatic weapons which were smuggled into Mexico from the US side.

Yes they should be given rifles and our National guard needs to be taken out of Iraq and put on our borders. How many US citizens do Mexican drug dealers need to kidnap take back to Mexico and kill with the latest victim being this poor 6 year old boy in Nevada, before our government realizes we have a real terrorism problem in our own country with a neighboring country.

That is rather hypocritical since they have publicly criticized our lack of enforcement along the border facilitating their drug cartels. Mexico claims to want to stop the drug cartels, but rush to defend any drug-smuggler caught on the US side of the border. Their economy benefits from the drugs and from the money illegal aliens send back to Mexico. I would expect that government officials there receive huge amounts of bribes from the drug cartels. A real crackdown or exposure by US law enforcement would only serve to embarrass them or decrease their financial gains. I think we need to fully close the border, deport the illegal aliens and stop the flow of money across the border to force Mexico to deal with their own problems.

I don't blame anyone for not taking suggestions from the united states government or refusing their help. bush is an idiot, too many people who are paid to enforce laws break them instead, and we live in a country where criminals are set free because of their political status or based on the fact that they have more money than they know what to do with. does'nt sound very appealing to me either.

That is no different than when we went to Columbia to fight drug cartels.
The one guy that we were getting our information from was the head of one of the cartels and he was using our people to knock off his competition.
Our government has no business policing anything outside the US.

You have to clean your own house first instead of worrying about someone elses. How interesting.

the people who stage war on drugs, terror... are the ones who profit.
