Given that we rarely deserve Heaven or Hell when we die why not imagine we come back as a Human Being?

Few people really deserve eternal damnation or eternal paradise after they die especially if they blow themselves up. Why is it so hard to make the assumption that we just wind up being born as a human being again? Energy does not disappear that's a scientific fact. We are bundles of energy and that doesn't go away.

The body doesn't disappear at death it just changes into something else so why assume the mind or soul* disappears? Its not even scientific.

*(by "soul" I don't mean some eternal tracking device put there by God or Brahma or whoever I just mean the changing bundle of bad habits we call ourselves).

Update:

RH Saunders - that's the point - its not scientific there is no evidence that we disappear - the body doesn't disappear at death - energy doesn't disappear. You stick your finger in a light socket where the light bulb has died you get a nasy shock! Newton specifically says that energy never disappears it just changes.

Update 2:

onlybabyof - lie batteries - good point I'll have to think about them. Is it that the electricity disappears or it just changes?

Update 3:

DJDundalk - that's it - who would want to come back as a human? Better get enlightened in this life!

Update 4:

OK I found out - the electricity in a lie battery doesn't disappear - it changes into "chemical waste"! If you have a rechargeable battery then the chemical waste can be recharged and produces electricity again.

IMO, those who do not learn from their life on earth must return and repeat it until they do. As for the body disappearing, it does; turns to dust, after all, it is only a husk, a shell to house the soul.

This is not, BTW, a scientific analysis, it is my own opinion.

When we learn the way, then we graduate and enter Paradise.

An excellent question and point i may add personally i've been trying to understand what happens after but many things seem to contradict themselves if you know what i mean but i reckon there could be a great chance as coming back human again or possibly something else our energy might from our souls may even truly power the forces of nature when we die but i am still unsure.

You only come back if you don't do it right the first time.

This life isnt about having to prove yourself and be deserving of anything. YOu simply do the best you can.

Science is facts being proven and disproven all the time. The most recent proof of that is Pluto now not being a Planet afterall. That is just ONE example.

Faith is believing in something when common sense tells you not to.

    read 1 Corinthians 15 verse 12

    and 1 Corinthians 15 verse 29

in fact this is verse 12

"now if Christ he preached that he rose from the dead,. how say some of you,,that there is no Resurrection of the dead??"

and in verse 29 we read

"else what shall they do which are baptised for the dead if the dead rise not at all why are they then baptised for the dead"""

so we do rise again according to these verses,, but it has only been possible through the death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ who was and is the first truly resurrected being who over came the chains of death enabling us all to be reunited to our bodies and souls again never to be separated through out all eternity

We people die we will not have the same bodies after death. All humans are in one body and it will be on earth. When a person dies their body is laid to the ground while their mind or soul will go either into heaven or hell.

No one deserves heaven, we all deserve death and hell. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Jesus is the only human who deserves heaven, and because of he paid the penalty for sin, those who place their trust in him have the privledge to enjoy life eternal. He will return one day soon and change our physical bodies into new ones capable of living in a perfect kingdom in the presence of the living God.

Man cannot change himself only God can do that.

expensive pal, before everything Heaven does not have days and nights like we do. the amazing presence of the Lord would be our easy. we don't desire the solar and moon from now on in Heaven. there'll besides the shown fact that, be a "new" earth which Scripture talks approximately and believers would be managers of the earth with Christ being our King for one thousand years. The earth as all of us comprehend it now...is going to be burnt (purified) and delivered decrease back to that is unique state like whilst Adam and Eve walked upon it. it is going to be "suited." Believer's would be managers of the hot earth. Unbeliever's would be judged (made conscious of their rejection of Christ), and be thrown into the Lake of hearth, the place there is wailing and gnashing of enamel for ...eternity. Secondly, you quote Revelation 21:8 which talks with reference to the "Lake of hearth." it is not Hell. Hell is a protecting place (Hades) for unbelievers to be judged on the appointed time.

If you really believe that then you are being deceived.

We are not the one to say someone deserves to go to Heaven or someone deserves to go to hell, we should just live according to God's instruction and seek Him continually and then you won't be thinking about things that are nonsense.

i'm sorry but this is quite a daft question..to me anyway, when we die,our bodies die,our spirits are left to go their own way,now whether you believe in heaven, hell or nothing..you can't just call yourself a ball of energy and a bundle of bad habits..you must have a low opinion of yourself and people in general to think that way

It is more rational, and certainly more in keeping with the evidence, to suppose that we don't come back at all. There is no such thing as a soul, and mind is simply a manifestation of bodily activity. (So also, by your definition, is a soul.)
