How to make 2-octyl cyanoacrylate?

How do i go about making 2-octyl cyanoacrylate, i have searched and searched but i cant find a website that gives what steps i need to take in order to make it.

    The general method to make cyanoacrylates (Superglue) is by oxidation/elimination of an aryl selenyl group from the α-selenoaryl-α-cyanopropionate ester with hydrogen peroxide in chloroform:

    CH3C(CN)(SeAr)CO2R → CH2=C(CN)CO2R
