there are very simple natural things to do to lower blood pressure.

Use garlic with every meal, lots of it. She may stink, but if you eat it too, it won't matter.

Vegetarian diet. A study that involved Americans, British, Japanese and Chinese showed that those people who received most of their protein form plant sources had lower blood pressures than those who eat a meat based diet.

Exercise. It strengthens the heat, gets you out in the sunshine and stimulates deep breathing (all of which will lower pressure individually) will greatly lower the pressure.

Cayenne pepper will act as a vasodilator, in a similar way as some medications.

No tobacco or alcohol; these will help to increase the pressure.

Then first responder mentioned that there is nothing that you can do or to worry about. Uncontrolled blood pressure can kill you. It can be controlled naturally without medications that can cause other problems and make you a life-long customer for the doctor.

mine was 140/98 and I got off McDonald's and all junk food. I started juicing carrots/cabbage/celery, anything I could and sometimes I would blend an apple/grapes/strawberries and wet it up with the juices until I got a puree. I also started taking 6 vitamin E pills daily (my feet got warm after a month). Someone also told me that flax seed/meal is good, but they didn't tell me how to prepare it. I also would mince about 3 cloves of garlic and put it on a slice of bread drizzled with olive oil, sprouts and feta cheese for a snack 2 times/day. My bp dropped to 125/80 in 3 months. My doctor had given me medication for high bp and cholesterol, but the cholesterol med made all my joints ache to where I couldn't get out of bed. I stopped the medication and did the above; took about 3 months to see definite/consistent results. I haven't been to Mc's for over 2 years and might sneak a soda maybe 2-3 times a month. Most of what I eat is raw fruits and veggies/nuts, organic meats once a week. Stop smoking/drinking and coffee.

As a high blood pressure patient myself, there is nothing really to do until the doctor examines you to find out what you would need to do to lower blood pressure. Don't worry its not life threatening or harmful. good luck
