I need to plan an office outing in or near Philadelphia, PA for about 55 people. I would like it to be somewhat unique and different from the normal holiday office events. Like a Christmas murder mystery or a interactive theather, or a creatively fun festival. Something more than going to see the nutcracker or having dinner at the country club.

I will be babysitting a 5 year old boy ovenight while his mom is at work. It would be around 6:30-7:30 PM to 6:30 AM. I normally charge $15 an hour while babysitting but since this is overnight I want to charge a flat rate. I want to be fair to his mother but also don't want to be taken advantage of so what do you think is a fair flat rate?This is in PA.

I want him to get a DNA and he is not willing to do so. Is they anyway I can force him too?

We live in Delware and would like to know since we are not going through an agency and we personally picked the parents (private adoption) is a home study still required before they can adopt the twins? If it is required can you tell me what they will look for in the home study? Will credit be a factor?
