no, it's not like you're a minor. He doesn't have to do anything. The most you can do is ask him why, and be polite. Some people just don't want to face anything. Once he takes the test he may feel obligated to answer all those questions you've come up with over the years. They whys and whens and whos and wheres and ifs and buts. He doesn't want that kind of responsibility. I suggest you continue to be polite, maybe even write a letter and explain why you really would like to know. It's all you can do.

Wow, that must have been a great feeling to have discovered your biological father. What about your birth certificate, what does that say? What about your biological mother? She should be able to answer a few of your questions. If not and you really want assurance keep asking him and try to convince him how important it is for you, but stay calm and be polite. I bet he will give in in due course.

If he doesnt like to undergo a DNA test, then dont force him. If he is really your biological father, then he shouldnt worry and dont have anything to hide.

No you cannot force him to take a DNA test. That would violtate his rights.

No, you can't force him to. I guess I would look at the reasons why you aren't 100% positive and investigate those further.
