What do you think about people who try to order you around?

For the most part, it makes me angry. I'm in a position in life where no one has the authority to order me around and I deeply resent it when people attempt it. I have to guard against doing precisely what they don't want just for the sake of defying them--even if it's not in my own best interest.

What do I think about people who do it? I think about punching them in the nose!

I think they are control freaks and that I don't need controlling, so I give them a wide berth. In fact, the further from them that I am, the happier I am. I know not everyone feels this way about such people, but this is my reaction.

I usually feel sorry for them because if they are always "trying" to boss people around this probably stems from a lack of self worth. Kinda sad really.

Its ok if its someone that I respect. Like instructors, my boss, parents, older siblings, or older family members.

If anyone else tries then they are just angry people who are hopefully just having a bad day.

I think they are seriously fooling themselves if they think I am going to listen!

The operative word here is "try"....lol ....and i say just that.........."nice try, better luck next time"....and then go about my business
