I want to get into Stocks, I've been looking into online Investing Companies but they ask for min. of $2000

If been interested in trading for some time, stock, bond, currency, etc, but I don't have $2,000,$1,500, or even $1000 to through into it, so is there a company that allows minimum deposits below $1000

While i am aware of a minimum of $2,000 to open a margin account most brokerage firms should not have a minimum to just open an account...in fact you can open an account with no funds at all. Try Schwab.com for more info.

At TradeKing.com there is no account minimum and stock trades are completed for just $4.95. However, to open a margin-enabled account you have to deposit at least $2,000. This is a Federal regulation.

Start a savings account with one of the higher paying on -line ebanks like Citi ,

Then keep adding to the account and when you have enough ,

Transfer the $$$ to Schwab .

The only place for amounts that low is when you make IRA contributions .

You want to trade currencies and start with less than $1000? It sounds like youre looking to sprint before you learned to crawl. I would start with sharebuilder.com

I believe Scottrade requires only $500 to begin. I believe TradeKing only the amount you wish to invest.

Sometimes there are lower minimums for IRA and Roth accounts.
