Here's mine (so far), since I'm all for sharing :)

My favorite is called Marinade for Steak, Pork or Chicken.

1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil

    1/4 cup soy sauce

    1/4 cup red wine vinegar

2 to 3 Tbs. brown sugar

    2 Tbs. ketchup

    1 Tbs. lemon juice

    16 grindings fresh black pepper

    1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all in jar and shake well. Keeps refrigerated for months.

Don't you love the amount of black pepper!?! I use about 1/8 tsp. in mine.

This also makes a good sauce to keep veggies from sticking on the grill.

    Hope you enjoy!

Mmm, the best is definitely Italian salad dressing. But that's only for chicken and pork. Just soak the meat in a container of Italian for about a day or two and grill. It's soo good!

I use soy sauce and worcestershire for everything... But if I'm cooking pork ribs or grilling chicken... I marinade in beer, lemon juice, and the seasonings of my choice.. which mainly consist of alot of garlic and cayenne pepper...
