Wind Turbine (Retry)?

I'm going to submit this question again.

Although I appreciate the response I received the first time I asked, I already did what they suggested and was reaching out to the rest of the world here for help in finding it.

    The biggest problem you will face is your neighbors. As soon as they realize what you want to do and that the turbine needs to go on a tower that they will always be viewing, that the turbine always makes a lot of noise while running, that their TV reception is impacted, and that the blades could break and go flying like machetes you will have a lot of "Permit" problems. The permits you will need for that installation will be fought against constantly.

    Source(s): I know someone who had one installed on a remote part of a large farm he owned with no one close to it. He still had years of legal wrangling before he could get it built.
