i need to lose weight but i need some help...?

i've gained a couple of pounds and i want to lose them before i gain more...

before i used to just eat less and id lose weight, but then i realized that its better to have 'heavy' muscles and weigh more (cause it would look better) than have more 'flab'.. so i work out 3 times a week and dont really eat that much, are there any other methods? (no pills or anything like that) any other tips??

all would be appreciated, thanks.

    You can detox by drinking healthy juices. I mean invest in a juicer and juice berries, veggies etc. I discovered this since I have 15 more lbs to lose in the First magazine September issue. Eat egg white omelet 3 eggs white with one yolk add low fat sodium free ham and cheese. You can also drink hot tea and add cinnamon. Cinnamom helps reduce inches from your waist. If you also eat 1/2 grapefruit each day it will increase your metabolism.

    Be sure to pick up the magazine for great recipes to juice and make great salads. I lost 55+ lbs reading the Thin Commandments diet book by Stephan Gallo. The book is great and it also teaches you lifestyle change in eating.

    Eat 5 6 small meals a day instead of 3

    Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body fats.

    It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

    find the right diet for your individual body because there are many ways are there to lose weight just find what works for you

    always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge

    eating right and getting daily exercise are the best ways to lose weight. drink plenty of water, too.

    try a pasta less spaghetti by mixing shredded zucchini veggie meatballs and raw tomato sauce seasoned with a dash of zesty oregano
