My library book was overdue when I returned it and I have now been fined 15p should I ask for time to pay ?

Definitely...ask if you can set up a payment plan!! If they refuse tell them they will lose your valuable custom for ever and you will let others know how unreasonable they are!! 2p a month should keep them sweet.

I`ll lend you it, otherwise it could become an issue and you may find yourself having your prints taken, ending up with a record and in the newspaper.....

You should of just kept the book andtold them somebody must have stole it and thank goodness you werent harmed in the robbery
