How many saints fans are going to jump ship now that they look very beatable?

After last night you guys may want to go back to putting brown paper bags over your heads at games. Jason David should be on the waiver wire right now. lol

Update:

I am talking about all the bandwagon fans that jumped on becuase the Saints were a "feel good" story last year. I think they were overrated last year and I believe the defense will keep them out the playoffs this year. I understand it is only one game but if Jason David is the answer at corner they won't win 8 games this year.

a loss is a loss, doesn't matter who it was to. Dallas beat the Colts last year does that mean they are better then the Colts? NO. By the way the Saints didn't just lose they got crushed. Even Sean Peyton looked frustrated.

Ok, if anyone out there only likes there team if they win every game they might want stop being a sports fan. They will get their heart broke. Last night was the first game of the season. I am so tired of all of the "Sports fans" that think the first game determines the entire season. I'm not a big Saints fan, never have been. I'm just a girl from southwest Louisiana. However I will support the Saints no matter what because they are a Louisiana team. If Saints fans would only like the Saints when they were kicking butt they would of had no fans at all. I am sorry, but we all know the Saints have not been well known for their excellent football teams. its just not something you hear when someone is talking about the Saints, up until last year that is. So get over the fact that the Saints lost last night. The faithful state of Louisiana will still be at the tv watchin the games with all the family and friends around them or at the dome on game day no matter what!

    GEAUX TIGERS & GO SAINTS!

One game doesn't define a season. That goes for the Saints and the Colts too.

But the Saints didn't look prepared at all. Sean Payton was outcoached. Bush and McAllister had no impact. Brees played awful (38 passes and only 180 yards?), defense kept getting beat over and over

I was just thinking the same thing last night..all I know is that I'm not going anywhere..I'll be a Saints fan whether we're 14-2 or 1-15 (been a fan for the past 10 yrs)..we got ripped last night and all we can do is rebound and try to do better next week

    Source(s): GO SAINTS!!

I was never a fan of the brown paper bag.

Jason David looked like he played college football at Louisville last night. That was as sad performance.

I think the Saints will rebound from this loss...this beatdown destroyed almost any credibility they built last season with football fans (i mean on the national scale) and it's going to take a lot of work to get that back.

Source(s): Edit: REAL Saints fans know that they've been through a lot worse. We've had starting QB's like Billy Joe Tolliver and Bobby "Mr. Interception" Hebert. Don't get me wrong, we had some good, even great players like Archie Manning, Pat Swelling and John Carney on this team over the years, but most Saints fans (the true, LOYAL fans, not the bandwagoners) have seen more than their fair share of blowout losses.

People are acting like they got beat by the raiders.....come it was the superbowl champs. Indys D was ferocious....Peyton was the master surgeon again.....But I have complete faith that Brees will return to form and the Saints will continue on like they did last season....

Do you stop rooting for your team when they lose? It's only the first game of the season. Still have 15 more to go.

Any objective fan would realize, that last year was just one of those years. They will come back to the pack for sure this season. They won't be surprising anyone this season. Teams will have that dink and dunk style figured out.
