Atheist, Pagan, Wicca, freethinkers can I ask respectfully what you agree with in any religion? Examples?

The basic morals of all religions are for the most part identical. I agree with other religions on a lot of things, but I'm a bit too lazy to list every single thing.

Lots of things.

I admire that the Jesus of the Christian scriptures saw the wisdom of the ancient ethic of reciprocity (Golden Rule) and challenged his followers to love their neighbors. Admirable ethical examples on the importance of service to others can be found in the story of the Good Samaritan in Luke and the parable of the Sheep and the Goats in Matthew. One cannot love God and hate his fellow human beings (I John).

I admire Pagans and Jains for their respect for nature and their dedication to living without harming others or the planet which is our home. I am truly in awe of the level of compassion for all life, both human and non-human, that is central to Jainism.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

You get what you give.

Work hard and take a day off every once in a while.

Love your family and your friends.

Donate to worthwhile causes.

Treat your fellow man with respect and dignity.

We all die.

I'm sure there is more, but my oh so tired brain is calling it over...

The idea of being kind to others, and honoring your relationship with your Deity. Most religions have these concepts in some form.

have you ever heard of the diamond theroy? Most of these 'smaller' religions have. Its the bacic idea that there is something higher than us, and that it is important to have a relationship with that higher being. The way we choose to have that relationship is one face of that diamond. there are billions of faces to the same diamond. so basically we all worship the same thing just in different ways

Yeah, that's easy:

1: Don't be a dick.

2: Treat other people the way you'd want to be treated.

Isn't that all you really need, anyway?

Buddhism and the idea of working to make yourself better.
