Seasons of wither seasons of change

I left him standing in the rain

The twinkle in his eye I learned to love

Behind shut doors and in dreams he came

with pure heart and hearts design

he walked straight through an open door left unlocked

I’ll carry a love I no longer can hold

Love is a crime walk lightly I’m told

His love lying sodden with tear stricken nights

For pure love tasted a salty tear, I’m sold

For when I grow old beside me I’ll hope

To see his familiar smile

To never leave behind through seasons of wither

But to wonder upon numerous plains

My love is existential my love is complete

He takes away apathy

he calls me from the dead , a song

A season that was dark , a song

Chemistry that is ours , a song left playing

Softy in lovers ears ,a secret

A secret harmonious left playing

Impatient to regain balance

I throw my cards to the wind

I let them fall where they will

I’m an empty vessel without him

Love this tainted love

Forget the sins of the sun

Let me sleep in the bed I have made

Under star light with thoughts so true

Take this hand walk back down that road

A road then came to a magnetic close

A crossroad that led back to you…
