Which beach is recommended in Koh Chang?
I will visit Koh Chang in mid November and am wondering where should I book a hotel, on Kai Bae Beach or White Sand? I like quiet and peaceful beach (no jet ski or noisy boats) with facilities like Pattaya (beach parasols and chair, food vendors). Can you recommend? Any travel tips about their beach? Thanks.

White Sand Beach (Had Sai Khao) is the most developed (crowded) beach, with resorts building swimming pools right down to the high water mark.
That is not the place to go for peace and quiet.
Kai Bae has gone totally commercial over recent years and the beach was always quite rocky.
Instead, try Siam Beach south of Kai Bae or Had Klong Phrao just north of Kai Bae.

Hard Sai kaw or White Sand Beach is the most beautiful beach of koh Chang,Kai Bae beach is not very nice,I ever visited there.White Sand Beach (Haad Sai Khao)
is one of the longest beaches on Ko Chang. Bungalows and resorts of reasonable price are easily found. At the back of the beach are orchards of coconut trees and forest. The beach is easily accessible due to many roads passing to it. The name suggests scenic beauty of the area.

Koh Samet or Koh Samui will be a better choice for you, I think.
