Hi, can anyone tell me the name and artist of this song. As far as I can recall it goes like this:

Update:

OK, I have found the details of artist and name (no thanks to the Yahoo community :) ), It's Sea Stories/1000 years, form the album Miller's Pond. With those details can anyone tell me where I can listen to it on the net? I can't find it...
