I'm not sure what you mean, sweetie. But you listed this under Special Education and I have entered an on-line course on Caring for the Special Child because I have a son diagnosed with Global Developmental Delay and we were told to keep a journal of sorts of our kid's physical, motor and mental developments as a sort of journal. I keep one to write down his antics, the words he finally learns to utter (speech is his morbidity), his development in general. I hope this helps.
