Any of u ever tried a tuna diet? Does it work?

Tuna is very high in proteins along with good fats since it is a fish. I would not try to diet on tuna alone. You will get very tired of it very fast. How about you just try to diet with a more simple plan.... eat high proteins for breakfast, have fruit and a lot of water during the day, and make sure that you stay active. You are going to want to get your heart rate up at least 3 times a week for 30 mins at a time. I would try walking or you could join the local gym sometimes they have a week to week plan so you do not feel like your committed to anything you may not like. Good luck!
