What will people look like 10 million years in the future?
Will be robots, or at least part robotic. Will we genetically engineer ourselves, or will we just let evolution take its course.
You only have to see what we are now than what we were 10 million years in the past. We'd have to change, but into what?

There is no way to know. In that amount of time, we diverged from a common ancestor with gorillas and chimps. While we now shape the environment to our form, it is uncertain how much that will anchor our form. Similarly, with our current imaging technologies create an unattainable, locked-in ideal of beauty or will it not guide our appearance? There are too many unknowns.

What sum4182girl? No such thing as Evolution? Ok well that's you and about 10 other people in the "Earth is flat" section, is that why our ancestors 100,000 years ago all could fit into a Geico commercial. 10 Million Years in the Future we will all look like Micheal Jackson

Probably not much different than now. Absent environmental pressures for genetic variation, mutations are not likely to cause much visible change. There will be mutations (on average, you get about one a year), but the effect won't be very visible -- people may become more immune to various diseasea -- and most of the mutations will be in introns, which comprise 98% of the genetic material, but don't express.
Postscript: the previous response is not just wrong, it is silly.
