I have to admit I like the idea of it, but not the reality of Europe at the present moment..But as Europe becomes more fractured on ethnic and nationalistic lines a perhaps a USE would draw us all together again into something altogher stronger. And with the emergence of China as a superpower, perhaps another democratic superpower alongside the USA wouldnt be too bad a thing.

Are they really the souls of dead people. Or are they a sort of psychic recording humans pick up. Are they projections by humans themselves. Or are they something else?

I dont myself.

I fear that Muslims will all be thought of as terrorists in the future as they are the only threat the west will (hopefully) encounter. And to be truthfull - although its quite illogical - I feel a bit iffy aound them, even though ive met many muslims and found them to be very decent. I think my main point is, is that you only ever hear about the bad side of Islam, and the good side of this great religion is never whispered of.

But who's fault is that?

Why, when a British citizen was arrested by a pack of religious zealots, did the British government show itself to be weak and spineless in the face of such provication. The British government shouldnt have asked for Gillian Gibbons to be released, they should have demanded it under the threat of withholding the finanacial aid we give these idiots.
