Whats the name of this kind of bicycle?

I am looking for a certain type of bicycle. I see people riding them on the streets, but can't seem to find them online. This bicycle is where you basically sit back in a seat, and the pedals are basically in the front, and you stear with steering rods or something of that nature. Its on 2 wheels, not 3. If you know what type of bicycle this is, that would be awesome. Thanks!

Yep, as the others say it is probably a Recumbent bike you are looking for.

Fast and aerodynamic but hard work uphill (you can't use your weight to stand on the pedals).

Recumbent. Here's a bike shop that also sells via mail order. Wide selection and lots of expert advice:

    it's called a recumbent bike.

United Cycle carries them, although that might be just a local store in my town.

They're expensive though. prices range from about 1 grand for a cheap one to over 5 for a really nice one.
