When out in public , do you use your foot to flush the loos or toilets?

Or do you simply reach over and use your hands?

Update:

I use my foot and hurry and jump back, then I scroll the paper towel thing down to release my paper towel, then wash my hands, tear off the paper towel, dry my hands, then use that same towel to open the door, after going through the door, I throw the towel away.Usually outside near a garbage can, that I dont push the towel down or through the opening of the garbage can. Then I jump into my truck and use the good ole hand sanitizer.

I do pretty much the same thing you do. I especially love automatic stuff. Much easier. But yeah, I use my foot, grab a towel first, then wash and use the towel to open the door. I like the disinfectant wipes instead of hand sanitizer (which dries out my hands).

You should consider using antibacterial wipes to wipe down the handles of shopping carts and shopping baskets as well, because research shows that they actually carry more germs than the toilets. How's THAT for scary? Last year they decided that shopping carts and money were the top 2 transmitters of the flu.

You are exactally like me. I use my foot to flush, then run away in hopes that it won't splash. (No toilet needs that much power) Then I use get the papertowel thing started just a little, because if it is too much other people will use it. Then I wash my hands and take the little paper towel and use that to get the real paper towel. Then I turn off the water with that and open the door with it. And even if there isn't a trash can outside I'm too discusted to I do it and throw it back in the bathroom anyway. Then I get in the car and use way too much hand sanatizer. The smell doesn't leave my car.... well ever because I use it too much.

I use my hands but make sure to wash them before I leave the room. I've always done it this way, and I've never contracted any sort of hedious diseases. I'd much rather wash my hands after flushing than try and flush with my foot, lose my balance on the often wet floor, and fall and smack my head on the edge of the toilet.

Besides, we touch dirtier things than a public bathroom everyday and never think about it, like computer keyboards or the money in our wallets. People are far more likely to get sick from germs on those things than a toilet handle.

I use my foot and after washing my hands I keep the paper towel to open the door.

I use my foot. When I wash up, I use the paper towel to open the door. Germs are aplenty in public toilets and I don't want to take any chances.

I've used a little piece of toilet tissue sort of like a pot holder to flush, hurry to drop it in before the flushing is complete.
