Can I be a vegetarian Pastafarian?

His Noodliness has room for everyone. Yea, though I walk in the Valley of the Meatball, I fear no Bolognese, for thy Primavera doth nourish me!

1 lb. tofu, mashed ( extra firm)

1/2 cup wheat germ

1/4 cup parsley, chopped

2 Tbs. soy sauce

2 Tbs. nutritional yeast

1 Tbs. onion powder

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

14 tsp. black pepper

1/4 tsp. oregano

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Oil an 8×8 pan with 2 Tbs. olive oil.

2. Form mixture into sixteen 1.5 inch balls and arrange on the pan. Bake about 30 minutes, turning carefully about every 10 minutes, until browned and set.

Sadly, the Holy Church of Pastafarian, more specifically the Marinara denomination of the Church says you must always eat atleast two meatballs while eating pasta. So you must either never eat pasta again or eat 2 meatballs whilst enjoying said pasta.

Choose wisely.

The flying Spaghetti Monster does not discriminate. He gives us free will to choose meatballs, or a meat free marinara or alfredo sauce. Yes, everyone who accepts him will be touched by his noodly appendage. Ramen!

You could argue that they meatballs are really meatless/veggie.

I sense a schism!

There must be "meat" balls! Tofu will work fine. The FSM is accepting of all who wish to follow.

That's why he made marinara sauce.
