Could someone please tell me WHY the Council put locks on dog waste bins.?

It's to prevent them being vandalised or idiots from throwing the contents all over the place. You'd be surprised what some people consider to be fun.

confident you may that's completely criminal, there become a area approximately it recently on your dogs magazine. some councils are easily eliminating dogs waste in basic terms containers to make their determination of waste containers easier, after all that's terrific to take away it in a bin, any bin, than leaving it on the floor!

Perhaps there is a Gillian Mckeith type person of the dog world out there who will take them and put them in a plastic tub to get them analysed lol!

Bins in my area have been emptied and the contents scatter around the area.

Its to meet health and safety concerns - and prevent children and bored teenagers from doing disgusting things with the bins - more to protect them from their crazy ideas than to protect the dog poo from them!

Kids will find it tempting, thats why they are locked, after all is bio hardard......

Or just perhaps the tramps don't use it as a deoderant

So people don't dump their domestic waste in there?

I think some birds might find dog poo appetising.

Not for kids who might find it funny to put it through someone's letterbox

coz the council are stupid there is no explained why they are just stupid!!!!
