It must be made in the USA and come in under $23,000

    LoL I drive a Pontiac vibe AWD, I own 2, I think they are so cute..... Mine would have been under 23,000 but..... well the moon roof, sound package, ect through it up well over that.

    ( but the base model qualifies... lol)
