Ford Focus ST or Honda Civic Type R GT?

I'd have the Ford, and it's not often I'd say that! It's faster, more practical (bigger), cheaper, makes a nicer noise, and arguably looks better than the rather over-styled Honda.

Are you talking about the european ST (hatch) or the N. American sedan ST? Anyways, I'd go for the Ford ST. It's got unparalleled handling, great torque, and i know people are fixated on the focus recalls of 00-03 years but people don't realize FORD is actually near the tops in quality and build and has been proven.

Not to mention that in 2006-07, the car company with the MOST recalls is: 1) Toyota, 2) Honda.

Go for a new Focus ST. Dont buy the 5 dr version. Get that bonkers orange colour They are the dogs b**ocks. The 2.5 Litre 5 cylinder engine can drink some gas if you hammer it. But you will know that anyway. Cheers

I personally prefer the ST. Prefer the looks and feel that Ford have tried and tested formula in place with their ST and Motorsport factories...

Only way to judge is to test drive them both and decide...

Honda every time. Reliable, value for money, look good, perform well, never see a garage unless for a service or new tyres. Once you've had a Honda you'll never settle for anything else.

The Focus handles the power better, it is more fun to drive as you can really throw it into corners.

frequently American and "British"(as in German and Indian owned) manufacturers use superchargers on an analogous time as German and jap agencies use turbos and the Veyron has 4 turbos.

I would rather go for a older Bmw M3, leave them both for dust and hold its value more.
