Why do people continue to use Linkin Park in Youtube videos?

I like Linkin Park.

But this isn't just about Linkin Park!

But why do people continue to use the same type of mainstream music over and over and over and over and over to get some sort of mood for their dumb video?

I've probably watched at least 60 videos that used Crawling already....

    Their fans are in a Lame-Off with the Nickleback fans.

    It's the mood feeling, people like the whole Linkin Park type music for action related videos, to get that feeling.
