Cant seem to pinpoint the cause of this...?

Every morning i wake up feeling nauseous, i am a male, this has happened about this time last year, where i dropped 45lbs due to this. It has begun to happen again, when i wake up feeling like this its really uncontrollable.. it is interfering with my daily life (work ect) i have been to several doctors where i have had ultrasound, bloodwork ect... but to no avail.. the doctors i have seen about it so far have pretty much simply scratched their heads.....

now at this point they dont seem all to concerned with finding out the cause of this... if any1 might suggest some tests i could take and why i might take them..

i was considering getting a diabetis test but i dont know that quite explains why i would feel sick to my stomach instead of passing out or any other normal signs of diabetis.

Ok I think you are suffering a form of anxiety. It happens when there is something playing on your mind and usually happens around the same time of the year. I have this ( usually for a week) twice a year and it's when certain changes are happening. I don't lose weight ( wish I could) but I put it down to a sort of allergy to change and that helps me relax and carry on with the rest of the day without worrying. Drink plenty of water.

The third week in September is known as peak of asthma season. Perhaps you are having trouble breathing at night. If your throat is being constricted, it would make you feel nauseous. (consider also sleep apnea) If you have blood in your stool and stomach pain, I would also consider Chrohn's disease.

If you start losing weight again, I would go see a Gastrologist and get him to look inside you using a scope.

My first guess would have been "ulcer" but I guess your doctors have ruled that out? My second guess would be that there is something in your house that is causing an allergic reaction, and when you leave the house, it goes away. Does it only happen in the morning, or when you're home for a bit?

You need to keep a very strict food diary and have your doctor analyze it, you probably are eating things you shouldn't be eating
