i pod help???
i am living in india and my ipod does'nt work properly it keeps flashing on the screen 'www.apple.com\support\ipod',the site says i have to request for repair.but since there is no service for it in india will they charge me a lot,also i lost the guarentee card ,or is there any other place where i can get it repaired ,i live in chennai.please help me i have an ipod video 30 GB and i used it only for 20 days.!!!

this is still under warranty by apple - all you do is go to apple.com and go to support - it will ask for you serial number which is on the back of the iPod and after you see that it is still under warranty you may have to mail it in for repair - but apple should cover the cost.

did u try reseting ur iPod..??
if not, go to the apple site and download a s/w called Ipod Reset Utility (free download)
And give it a last chance.
