The Universal RCA TV remote is frozen ...?
or not working anymore, I have replaced the battery but it still doesn't work, is there a way to fix it ? Or should I just buy a new one?

The universal remotes are very cheaply designed. For less than the cost to fix it....you can replace it. My answer...go shopping and pick different brand than this one. Good luck!
