What are some good ways to tone down my hips, butt and lose a "baby tummy"?
I want to tone my hips, butt and tummy after having a baby 4 months ago. Are there any good at home exercises I can do at home without going to the gym or having any equipment?

There are many home exercises that you can do, but before you start any exercise routine check with your doctor first. Usually is is ok to start exercising after 4 months but depending on your delivery it may or may not be.
Most of getting rid of the tummy is not necessarily by exercising but by watching what you eat. If you are breastfeeding you still have to be sure that you are getting proper nutrition but you can cut out any empty calories or junk food that you are eating.
Start by eating fresh fruits and veggies, low-fat or non-fat dairy products, lean meats and 100% whole grain breads. Also remember to keep drinking water throughout the day to keep hydrated.
You can do some stepping by walking in place and increase your speed and the high at which you bring up your knees.
If you want to do a bit of weight training you can by holding a can of veggies in each hand instead of weights.

Take your baby for a walk every day - either in a stroller, or a baby pack. Start out with about 30 minutes, and work up to an hour. When you get home, do some sit-ups and push-ups. You can also use canned food for weights, just don't forget the cardio!
