    The three whites ar neutrals to switched circuits, one is the neutral of the hot pair.

    The black of the black and white wire nut is the hot of the hot pair to the white of the switch leg.

    One of the three blacks is the hot from the switch controling two other switched circuits, the other two blacks.

    Connect the black to the other three blacks, the white to the three whites and the green to the box.
