100% true. We women have far greater values and ethics and we lead a life of patience, long suffering and we value old fashioned things, history and we learn to enjoy all the nice things given by God. We do not try to show who we are not just to give the idea that we are better than men. I am the old fashioned conservative girl and proud of it. Cheers

I think there was a need for the feminist movement to speak out and go for equal rights etc.etc. but you can take things too far. Men and women will never be equal because they are fundamentally different and no amount of denying that will change the truth. Each should be treated with respect by the other for what they are and what they can do.

i don't know that it would go 'that' far, but for sure - feminists are BIG on censor. :o(

For example, on my site - I allow all who wish to express an opinion the right to do so... my co-admins recognise this and respect my decision. Thus, if a feminist comes along and waffles endlessly, s/he is allowed to waffle until the cows come home (i.e. forever & a day).

However, when an antifeminist attends a feminist blog or forum, it is almost guaranteed they will be blocked or banned within a short timeframe of having joined. I've experienced this censor firsthand from many blogs and forums that are feminist focused.

Cults like this come and go and average and normal people continue to live their lives with their own common sense.Except for an extremely minute population,how has feminism influenced and affected women?But for the Media blitz, there is nothing to write home about it in concrete terms.So.just relax and watch the Fun.

Oh yes I believe that firmly they have already got a version of the bible that labels God as a female. If they will do that to a book nearly 2 thousand years old and try to change a religion that millions practice do you really think Shakespeare has a chance.

Here is how I look at it; you believe in something, truly believe in it, nothing is ever going to get in your way hell or high water.

There are some feminists who advocate some extremely censorious views, but they are certainly in the minority. Many feminists actively defend free speech and believe that the best response to material that offends is to identify it as such and provide a counterpoint to it.

No, I would not agree. If banning everything that could be somehow interpreted as misogynistic was feminist's goal, Shakespeare, Plato, Aristotle, etc... would have been banned a long *** time ago. I have never even heard about any of this until just now, so I'll just credit your extremely active imagination for this one.

What you said certainly is a possibility, but the question that arises is "Would feminists do that?"

Is that what feminism is all about? From what I've seen, many, even the most extreme, put their point of view across defensively and strongly but they never attempt to actually prevent anti feminist themes, they only argue against it and question it. There's a difference.

if anything like that happens...ill jump off the feminism train. no one messes with what i like and love and have respect for.
