Fibre 1 cereal has the highest fibre content of any cereal. You can eat it as a cereal (it actually tastes good) or add it to stuff like salads or even yogurt or ice cream if you want to. It's the easiest way I know to increase fibre in my diet.

Fruits, expecially apples and peaches. Nuts, celery, cabbage, the usual vegetables. The tougher the foods (chewier) the better source of fiber.

Broccoli, whole wheat....you can also get fiber supplements. Many adults do not get enough fiber in their diet even when they try. I have used the Benefiber products and like them.

We are talking fruits and veggies 60% whole wheat or more breads, oatmeal, bran here. Raw, and cooked but not processed foods. Get into the habit. An apple a day really does help in that department....otherwise you are more suspect to colon cancer.

    Hi!

Loads of fruits and vegetables! Try bran products and oats are also rich in fiber. You can try Psyllium seed husks- GREAT SOURCE OF FIBER. You can have this husk in juice, water or milk. I hope this helps!
