When you answer a question there is a row of 4 boxes underneath it. If you hover near the far right a drop down section will appear and you can click on the add to your watchlist option. I use it when I have run out of questions (answered my limit for the day), or if I need to do some research before submit an answer. If I want to remove a question I go into my profile and click on my watchlist. Underneath each question it the option to remove.

I have used my Watch List to monitor questions that I've reported for abuse to see when and IF they are deleted.
Once they are deleted they are greyed out.
I use this instead of the Starring like I use to before. Starring sorta gave approval. With the watchlist the asker or no one else knows you've marked that question.
I also use it along with starring to see the results of the question that I did not want to answer.
Either way it gives you the option to delete the question from your watchlist folder by selecting Remove from list or going to the icon on the asker's question for watchlist and removing it.

To add a question to your watch list use the + button on the tool bar under the question.
There is provision to remove them written in blue on the Q when you look through you watch list.

Do you mean on ebay?
If so, they disappear at the end of the auction anyway
