Audacity Replacement?

Currently, the church I help out at uses Audacity to record the sermons. This has been working well. However, I'd like to make some changes and I don't believe Audacity can do this. I want to start creating individual tracks for each of the worship songs, allowing people who are listening to the CD to skip back and forth. I know with Audacity I can do this by stopping and starting, then exporting each track as an MP3 and then burning them. However, when you do this, Audacity exports them in mono format allowing for only playback in either a right or left speaker.

So, what I'm looking for is another software (free or cheap) that will allow me to record the service and make stereo based tracks for the CD recording.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
