How do we know we are worshipping on the Sabbath that God created?
The link below lists the various calendars that have been used, and the problems with each.
http://csep10.phys.utk.edu/astr161/lect/time/calen...
With all of this confusion, how do we know that Sunday isn’t actually Tuesday in God’s eyes?
Let me add a little clarification:
The question is more about the calendar and specifically, how do we know that whatever day we consider to be the Sabbath, is actually that day. Perhaps the calendar has slipped by a few days and what should be Saturday or Sunday is actually Monday or Tuesday, except for our error.
According to the Bible, the Sabbath is and has always been, since it was instituted by God, Saturday. The Christian Church, however decided to celebrate on Sunday in celebration of the resurrection of Jesus christ from the dead on that day of the week. Yes, Jesus says, "the Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath." According to Jesus, we have the freedom to rest on whatever day we choose. We should rest on day, we should worship 7 days.
The question is about the calendar.

If God wanted us to now, considering the importance of this under the Mosaic Covenant, then it would be affirmed under the New Covenant - as the other 9 of the 10 commandments are reiterated - and it's correct date easily manifest.
However, the promised New Covenant was "not according" to the Old (Jer. 31:31-33), and under it a certain class of laws were abrogated, as they were typological in nature. Specifically those that are dietary or ceremonial:
See http://www.peacebyjesus.com/lawandgrace.html
"meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days" (Col. 2:16).
"Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation." (Heb 9:10).
As for the Sabbath, that falls into the ceremonial category, as does the liturgical observance of Jewish days, and months, and times, and years" (Gal. 4:10), as it was typological of Christ, "For we which have believed do enter into rest" (Heb. 4:6).
However, the principal one day of rest in seven, and to worship the Lord formally, remains, and while the conspicuous absence of any mention of an established New Testament church meeting specifically on the 7th day testifies to it's abrogation, the holy Spirit clearly provides us with a precedent for meeting on the 1st day of the week.
(Acts 20:7) "And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight."
(1 Cor 16:2) "Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come."
It was the first day that Jesus rose upon and met His disciples (Jn. 21), and upon which the birth of the church began on Pentecost Acts 1.
The most important thing is not the day, but the "hour" and manner in which you worship.
(John 4:23-24) "But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. {24} God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth."
Thus "ye must be born again" (Jn. 3:3), but God's Spirit by "repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ" (Acts 20:21).
Praise ye the Lord!

The reason that there is 365 days in year is that is how long it takes for the earth to circle the sun. the reason there is aprox 30 days in a month is that is the time it takes the month to circle the earth. The reason there are 24 hours in a day is that it how long it takes for the earth to make a complete cycle on its own axis. All of those measurment of time have an explanation. Why is ther 7 days in a week? the reason is God made the 7 day cycle 6 days in which to work and the 7th to rest. If you agree that God is all powerful can he not also insure that the calender stays intact? The Jews have been obseriving the Sabbath day from Ancient times and still do today. If you look at calendar you will see that the 7th day is Saturday which is still God Holy Sabbath

"Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His works which God had created and made." Genesis 2:3.
And "What God has blessed is blessed forevermore." 1 Chronicles 17:27.
Jesus said that He was the Lord of the Sabbath. The Sabbath, therefore, is the Lord's day! The fact that the Catholic Church observes Sunday does not make Sunday sacred. Sunday worship is a child of the papacy. The Bible predicted that the Catholic Church would "intend" to change the day of worship. "He shall speak pompous words against the Most High, shall persecute the saints of the Most High, and shall intend to change times and law; then the saints shall be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time." Daniel 7:25.
The Catholic Church removed the second commandment from the law. This commandment forbids bowing before images. The tenth commandment was divided into two parts to replace the second. Then she took upon herself to change the day of worship. The period "time, times, half a time" is equivalent to 1260 years. From 538 A.D. to 1798 the papacy ruled supreme and those who opposed her decrees were persecuted. Many were burned at the stake for worshipping on Saturday, the seventh day of the week, instead of worshipping on Sunday. They were tortured and killed by the millions during those centuries simply because they believe the word of God rather than the traditions and inventions of the apostate church.
"Work shall be done for six days, but the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord." Exodus 31:15.
"The seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord Thy God." Exodus 20:10.
Jesus said that He was the Lord of the Sabbath! Mark 2:28.
He also said, "Till heaven and earth pass way, one jot or tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled." Matt.5:18.
On the new earth, "From Sabbath to Sabbath, all flesh shall come to worship before Me, says the Lord." Isaiah 66:23.
The Sabbath will last forever and ever! :)

You keep saying the question is about the calendar, but I'm not sure what you mean by that. Time and calendars are human inventions. Over the course of history, many civilizations have come up with different calendars; none have been perfect. The calendar we use today has to be "adjusted" periodically.
As for the Sabbath, it seems to me that as long as we worship regularly one day per week, whatever day it happens to be, we are following God's commandment. It is impossible to know what day of the week God's "original" sabbath was on, because the calendars are different, now.

The 7th Day is the Sabbath.
The Sabbath was changed to Sunday by the Romans in honor of the Sun God. All who worship on Sundays are following a day that was designated in honor of pagan Gods.
Saturday is the 7th Day and the True Sabbath.
Remember the Sabbath Day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. In it you shall do no work; you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates, For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.
-Exodus 20:8-11
The Dark Ages of Rome-
"He shall speak pompous words against the Most High, shall persecute the saints of the Most High, and shall intend to change times and law. Then the saints shall be given into his hand for a time and times and half a time."
-Daniel 7:25
It is the 4th Commandment.

No none at all. There is a reason YHWH made the Sabbath & even if we do not understand, we should obey. It is no good saying its for Jews only. All at Sinai were not Jews, there were 11 other Tribes + a mixed multitude, so what about them? Many people today are realizing that the Sabbath still stands, whether they are Israelites or not, YHWH is calling people back to the 7th Day Sabbath & those with an ear to hear are Hearing & Returning.

There are actually two different answers for this question.
The first is that it does not matter. God only requires that we set aside one day a week for worship. Jews did their worship on what is "Saturday" on our calendar, while Christian worship on "Sunday". Each is an every 7th day worship.
But as far as which day is the Jewish sabbath - while there have been multiple calendars over the centuries in different cultures and parts of the world, through it all the Jews have maintained a single calendar, unchanged on nearly 6000 years. That everyone else has changed theirs makes no difference as long as their is one unchanged.

What does the Bible really say about the Sabbath? It is generally assumed that Sunday is the correct day. Is it possible that all of these churches are wrong on this fundamental doctrine? And, after all, does it make any difference? Do we not have to adjust our religion to the changing times? Was not the law—including the Sabbath—"nailed to the cross" when Christ died? What about scriptures like Galatians 4:10 or Colossians 2:16—do they not prove that it does not matter which day we keep? Was not Christ resurrected on Sunday, thus His day is the "Lord's Day?"

It doesn't matter.
The Jewish sabbath took place every 7th day ...sundown to sundown. The important feature of the sabbath was not the day itself , but the RESTING on the 7th day...
6 days were used for selfish pursuits. The 7th day ...whatever that day was.... was devoted to spiritual puruits and not selfish work.
The 7th day was not some magical day that made it different from any other day.
the Sabbath law was only for ancient Israel; it was never repeated or given to Christians (as was the law concerning sanctity of blood—Acts 15:19, 20); and “Christ is the end of the Law,” including the Sabbath. (Rom. 10:4)

Well here is the thing, Sabbath actually translates to Saturday. Originally the Sabbath was held on the Seventh day, or Saturday. After Christ's resurrection, however, He returned to His disciples on the first day of the week to break bread and wine. He changed the day from Saturday to Sunday (the 7th day to the 1st day) after His resurrection.
