HSA / HCA - on Bank Statement?

I have noticed this appearing on my statements with a deduction of £15.75, I have contacted the bank and they cant / wont tell me.

Has anyone got any idea what these initials stand for as im confused.

Thanks so much

The HSA and the HCA are health insurance companies.

It sounds as though you or someone in your name has taken out health insurance.

In the long run though if you do not want to make these payments then tell your bank to stop making them NOW - do not take any excuses - it is your money and if you don't want it taken from your account you don't have to - just be sure you didn't sign up for a health plan first.
