Why does Ann Coulter tell people not to vote for Fred Thompson?
Don't get me wrong, I like Ann, but I don't understand why she says don't vote for Fred, I like him, what does she see wrong with him?
(Guys, if you can help it, please do not include anything that doesn't pertain to the question)
Thank you.

I think she has to back her "own people". I like her, but I also take her with a grain of salt as I do anyone in her line of work. She has to create a fervor. It is part of her job to shake things up. Fred Thompson is not a moderate republican...I think she is just trying to be able to back someone she thinks can win.

Conservative pundit Ann Coulter appeared on "Good Morning America" on Monday to hype her book "Godless." Also, in discussing next year's Republican presidential field, she tweaked two 2008 hopefuls: ex-GOP Sen. Fred Thompson and Democratic star Sen. Barack Obama.
"I think [Thompson's] kind of our Obama," Coulter said, "which is to say, it just shows how unhappy we are with [John] McCain, [Rudy] Giuliani and [Mitt] Romney that Thompson steps in, people know very little about him, and -- 'Oh, he's our guy.'"
She continued, "And it's sort of like that with Obama, that the Democrats aren't happy with their leading candidate, Hillary [Clinton], so they gravitate to Obama knowing nothing about him and him being, you know, 14 years old."
Obama does lack experience, having been in the Senate for two-plus years. Still, perhaps one can admit that political experience isn't everything. John Kerry served in that body for about two decades when he made his presidential run in 2004, yet his days on Capitol Hill didn't seem to provide much of an asset.

Ann Coulter is an irrational, anti-American neocon hag.
Who knows what she's going to spew next?

My only reply is that she is a very mean, ill informed evil person who is full of hate.
I do not listen nor do I watch such hate mongering people. It is not healthy for anyone.
As far as Fred Thompson is concerned....he's clueless.

Fred is the puppet of his wife Jeri.. go to www.tennessean.com and in the search window type in Jeri Thompson.
Fred is out of touch with the rest of the Nation. Fred is unaware of current events in Tennessee and Florida.
Fred is only acting like he wants to be President.
The reason why Ann is telling us not to vote for Fred, she knows Fred is the Goat to put Hillary in the White House..
If Fred should win, his Veep Will be forced out shortly after he is sworn in and Nancy Pelosi will be Veep.. Fred will then die in office from Cancer and Nancy Pelosi will become President. Ann does not want Nancy Pelosi or Hillary as President.
Look at Fred now and compare his photo today to photos of him as Aurthur Branch on Law and Order Series for last season. Stark difference. Fred looks like walking death today.

Because she knows he's a fake. His performance in the debate today shows it. I don't like her but I do agree with her.

She just looks for a reason to get her name and face in the headlines. She is a Rosie O'Donnell wannabe. She is about as intelligent as a turnip, another Al Sharpton

She is not very smart. She does not speak the truth. She shouts people down when they attempt to ask her questions she does not want to answer. She is a mean spirited *****.
