Why can't windows photo scanner and download recognize the video off my camera?

I have a video from the Scorpions concert on my camera but it keeps telling me error downloading and it wont go on the comp. I think maybe its because it is 26 mins. long but i am not sure. It is still on the memory card of the camera... is there any other way i can get it on to the comp.? Maybe another program??? All other videos i take under 10 mins. seem to have no problem. It is not on a camcorder. It's on a vivitar 10mp camera. any help would be appreciated.

Yes. Go to My Computer, then go to the Removable Storage section, click on your camera, go into the folders and find the video (usually a .avi file). Copy and paste it into My Documents/My Videos, or wherever else you like. It'll take a while since it's that big.
