Anybody think that Phyliss is going to win her appeal? Y & R?

Phyllis' appeal is denied so Michael, Jack, Nick, Victor & Nikki try to figure a way for her to get out.

While still in prison Phyllis' cellmate has dreams of naming her first baby girl Carmen.

Phyllis talks to the Reverend Anderson & she tells him that she wants to be in the work release program.

Nikki comes through for Phyllis. While meeting w/Michael, Phyllis learns that she has been approved for work release.

While out and working Phyllis can't fraternize w/anyone.

Phyllis says to the warden that she is aware of the rules & intends to follow them.

When the week ends, Phyllis will be given a reason to break rules - because of the upcoming tradegy that her loved ones are involved in.

I think Phyllis' appeal was already denied in today's Canadian.

I'm glad that the Newman family and friends are already racking their brains in hopes of getting Phyllis out. I want her back with Nick, Summer and Noah, dammit! They are the epitome of what a family should be - a couple who loves each other and cares for the kids without betrayal or secrets.

I was holding out hope that the judge would let Phyllis out on the second appeal that Michael tried to get for her. There goes my hope. Down the toilet. I want to see Phyllis out of prison and back with her daughter and her husband. I felt so bad for her today when she wanted to be home with him and to celebrate his birthday. Then nick took summer up to see her mom. And that made me want to cry for her. I am hoping someone will come to her rescue and get her out of this mess that brad and Nikki got her in.

No Phyliss will be denied :-(

I sure hope she gets out soon! She needs to be home with her family!
