Al Gore. If he was running, would you vote for him?

I realize what a scary question this is, but I think I am more afraid of your answers. Please elaborate? Remember to consider how he got jobbed in 2000 and the current candidates we have now.

Update:

Con4life, do you remember the new machines in FLA (coincidence?) that no one knew how to vote? How about Ark and his home state of TN turning their back on him. Did i say i would vote for him? also remember that the last elections had problems as well. Do not make assumptions

Update 2:

interesting point of view 'TheDude'. i wish i was more familiar with your info, just a tad before my time. love the crime references tho, they can never be shaken off

Update 3:

slim loss? '92 202 electoral votes, '00 5 electoral votes. yep, pretty close!!!

I think he's far too intelligent to run again. The People seem to prefer an idiot with a puppet master in the White House. The last intelligent President was vilified for an indiscretion, and the one prior to him was assassinated. Who in their right mind would WANT that job.

any body can vote for any body.

all ascending people do get jobbed many times in their pursuit .

    Remember God father lines---

behing every wealth there is a crime .

it could be parapharased for politicians . No politician can be lily white if he was so he would be in monasty and not in house of representatives.

Take a cue from indian politicians , rub with heineous crimes is a sign of strong initiative and merit of the candidate

IF he ran I would so vote for Al. Again. As would the majority that voted for him before. But I agree with the person who said he is too smart to run again. That is a shame. I would love another 8 years of Clinton and Gore. As it is I am torn between Hillary and, god forbid Fred!?!?! Never thought I would say I might vote for a Republican. But I think Gore would be great-but his talent might be wasted in public office.

nope , he and the dnc had the military vote thrown out in Florida. they would of made it a overwhelming win for bush. and he has done the damage that has split this country

when Nixon was cheated out of the presidency by JFK's dad and his organized crime Friends, Nixon chose not to challenge the fraud because he knew it would tear the country apart.

it looks like Nixon did have more class than gore

If he were running, chances are that I'd be one of the people running after him with a shotgun.

i would vote for him in a heartbeat! he's the only logical choice if we want to save the planet. we need someone in washington that can actually get anything done! think about it. there wouldn't be any other issues to worry about if we dont have a planet to stand on.

It depends on the choices. I'm a liberal, but not a big Gore fan.

No. Bugs Bunny '08 is the only answer.

I think he would make a very interesting candidate. Might be a little late to join the race, but he certainly has a great deal of respect.

If his platform was sound, yes I would vote for him.

I think all Liberals should encourage Al Gore to run for President again, just so we can all see that history really does repeat itself.
