XBOX 1 question regarding Halo: Have just started playing halo masterchief games and am confused. Each time I am on a level and am prompted to press X to use terminal (there is a terminal that is available eg halo 1 level 1, monitor indicates there is a message and asks to press x for message). When X is pressed, the console proceeds to go to the halo channel, plays some sort of video, then returns to the game. Is this supposed to happen, or should there be some sort of acknowledgement that the keyboard has been accessed. this is frustrating and XBOX help desk hasn't helped worth a flip. please help. thanks

i want to format the hard drive of a computer just as is it's new. the computer is windows xp. can i do this without the discs that came with the computer? i realize that i will lose all the data that is stored on it right now, but that's what is wanted. i'm just fearful of the computer not coming back up when turned on

i can't believe i'm asking this, but i keep getting told the same thing. my ex-roommate had a child shortly over 9 months ago. odds were 50/50 the baby was mine, or someone else's (i was aware of her affair). well, she convinced the other person it was his, so they had a test done. the results came back 99.998% he was the father. broke my heart, but i accepted the results as i was shown the document.

my question is, what are the odds that two people can have the same results. i wouldn't even be asking this, except for the fact that EVERYONE says he looks like me. even the alleged father was convinced he was mine when first born. i figured i wasn't once i saw the results, but there is an overwhelming number of people that think i should get a test as well. no i ask, i would be wasting my time, wouldn't i? i would love it if the child was mine, and i let go, but everyont else won't let it go.

i need to find the angles of a right triangle. the base on its side is 12 with a height of one. i don't need the length of the hypotenuse, i need to figure out what the other angles are. which equation can give me the answer

i can recall numerous reels of baseball teams winning games, championships, pennants, and now it is illegal (for obvious safety reasons) for fans to jump onto the field of play. the main reason for this question is when hank aaron broke the home run record, i specifically recall that geeky white guy with the curly hair trying to high five him as he is running the bases. from what i hear, there are all sorts of threats to fans who are thinking of joining bonds on the trot around the bases. when did this safegaurd come into being?
