Right click your desktop
Click on properties
go to Settings
and adjust the slider to the right, this makes everything smaller.
This is called adjusting the resolution

Start In Desktop right click properties
NOW
appearances
Advanced
select icons from Item list and reduce size to 22 .
Also Icons horizontal vertical spacing. etc
You have the option to change Font type and size also
for different windows.
If you adjust settings it will change the screen resolution.

you will see if your hardware have no driver if you see there is warning sign or question mark on your hardware. try to update the driver. im sure your problem is with your video card driver. try it. im sure it will work.
