How do I get a free report on the crime level and registered sex offenders in my neighborhood??

there are several websites you can search most search by zip code. Megan's law the first one is a good site.

Once you have that information you want to research the nature of their offense some say rape violent rape are easy to know others have a code type 1 type 2 sex offender and should say what state the offense occurred in contact the state police in that area and find out what the codes mean

I doubt that you can get the report of registered sex offenders as I believe it is confidential but you can still call to enquire as I may be wrong.
