the caucasians I see here always seem to have wet spots under their arms and on their back

The Asians are more accustomed to heat but do sweat threw the palms of their hands and feet whilst Caucasians sweat on their face and backs.

It might be due to a difference in genes or that the individual is less acclimated to that environment. There are many other different factors that affect sweating as well.
