Well, I guess it would depend on the Aliens religion and Your own. I know many of Our religions frown on un-wed/premarital sex, so unless there are new religions or mixed human/alien religions its still up in the air for a decision.

Consider that most religions only want you to have sex for the sole purpose of recreating, only with the opposite sex, only in the missionary position and then they outlaw same sex pleasure, while participating in it themselves, condemning all others. I am sure that sex with aliens is a no no in the (ha, ha) legitimate area of religion?

You're watching too much Star Trek. If there are other sentient beings close enough that we may one day meet and learn from them, they won't look human and probably won't reproduce like we do. So sex with them probably won't even be feasible. Forget about morality.
